Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare and haircare products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to beingwell.phar@gmail.com with photos/video evidence.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds depend on your bank’s processing time.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
